I understand Frida so well! I've been caught in similar funny situations thousands of times, esp. when I was a student at the University and never had a chance to have enough sleep at night ;)

It was incredibly funny, when traveling in a bus, to fall asleep and then wake up on some guy's lap LOL

Who else, Mike? It is a cool pic. I think it's hilarious when I remember some of my awkward moments with sleep, but it wasn't on a bus. It was with sleepwalking as a child. I have had the opposite problem, I can never get any sleep to amount to anything on a bus. I went to the 9-12 March on Washington, D.C. and only slept 30 minutes out of 30 hours up and back. It is a funny pic, but sleeping on a bus, train etc, is no joke.

I think there are at least three shots of the moment: this one, then the two where Frida has already woken up and doesn't look exactly happy about it :)

But do you all remember In Concert DVD? She falls asleep anywhere anytime :)

Mike, yes, she's wearing glasses because, I think, she fell asleep impromptu.

Monica, the picture was taken during the Japanese tour, March 1980. As far as I know they travelled by train between destinations (you see Agnetha asleep behind Benny and Frida too!)

But Agnetha's got long hair. I thought she was wearing it shorter by then.

I think Mike, it's a matter of what I said before about the hairthing with men, we might change a style maybe a 4 to half a doxen times in a lifetime. A woman will as is I said her prerogative to change it hundreds of times. I said what was a wish and not a realistic thought at all, to the effect "if it aint broke don't fix it" my Dad was the same way with my Mom when she kept on changing her look. It was never lost on me, that I was better off never having an opinion. She was constantly changing my look with regard to clothes.

I'm sure she's just fooling around, maybe making fun of sleeping Agnetha? She would probably lean her head against Benny is she wanted to sleep. (that's what I always do, not leaning against Benny of course, my own husband :-)

Bonnie, I don't know how you manage to do it, but I personally cannot control myself while sleeping which always gets me in some really funny situations :)

But I can't deny she might have been fooling around :) It's Frida, after all ;)

But falling a sleep like that, it's so extremely uncomfomfortable you'd wake up instantly!

she could be playing around but she also looks a sleep. i've seen people sleeping in the strangest positions. will have to ask her. :)
