Expressen reports that Agnetha attended the cast party after the last performance of "Mamma
Mia!" in Stockholm.
The usually very shy Agnetha Fältskog left her solitary home for a night out. Together with the ABBA-friends she celebrated the last Stockholm performance for "Mamma Mia!". During the party she also sang a duet with Tommy Körberg.
The festive last performance started as early as 4 pm yesterday afternoon when the show started at Cirkus in Stockholm. Two and a half hour later the curtain fell.
- It's a little sad, but it's OK. Most of the cast will come with us when we start in Gotheburg, Benny Andersson said. Then he was off to the festivities at the Wintergarden of Grand Hotel.
- It will be a great party!
Agnetha waved happily
Agnetha Fältskog was at time still at Cirkus. After running past the autograph hunters she only waved to them from the window of the car that was taking her to the party. It wasn't decided until the very last minute that she would attend the last show. Earlier she refused to come to London for the Mamma Mia! jubilee there and she didn't attend the opening party in Stockholm. So there were a lot o raised eyebrows last night when Agnetha walked in. She even posed for pictures for the tabloids with her friend Maud E Mellström by her side.
A surprise performance
Agnetha then quickly disappeared upstairs to the party where she was served champagne and dainty sandwiches before dinner. There were many speeches in honour of Benny and Björn during the dinner. And there were also muscial entertainment.
- Agnetha sang a duet with Tommy Körberg, Maud E Mellström revealed as she and Agnetha left the party around 1.30 am. And we have danced a lot, she continues.
Agnetha was very pleased with the party.
- We have danced and had a good time, it has been very nostalgic, she says as she walks off to her car.
